Appreciation, excellent consulting, very good service, and premium quality are the key aspects of our service that have been confirmed by our customers in this year’s survey.

In our annual customer satisfaction survey this year, our customers had the opportunity to rate our services on a scale from 1 to 5. A score of 1 represents "very good" and reflects the highest level of satisfaction. This rating system allows us to gain a clear understanding of the areas in which we excel, as well as the aspects that we can improve to fully meet your expectations.

The numbers speak for themselves. With an excellent overall performance rating of 1.4 (with 1 being the best possible score), our customers have confirmed that they are extremely satisfied with our services as a contract manufacturer for customised extrudates and texturates. In 2024, we received top ratings once again in sales and consulting, customer service, friendliness, and product quality. Erbacher Food Intelligence continues to impress.

While we are very proud of this result, we do not stop there. As an expert in extrusion technology, we continuously strive to develop and optimise further. We identify areas for improvement, learn from experiences, and actively seek dialogue with our customers – from person to person.
