Accredited Laboratory
In order to always guarantee a consistently high quality level of all products, a permanent analysis and evaluation of samples takes place. For this purpose, all raw materials, products and packaging are subjected to constant controls in our in-house, accredited laboratory.
The laboratory of our family-owned company carries out extensive tests, such as gluten analyses, according to the latest scientific findings and guarantees the highest reliability of the analysis results. The laboratory is a testing laboratory accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The accreditation is only valid for the scope of accreditation listed in the document attachment D-PL-19819-01-00.
