Product Development

Mixing

The dry raw materials are mixed individually according to your approved recipe. To ensure consistently high quality, we use particularly gentle mixing lines in our production. These offer the possibility of mixing even fragile ingredients such as crispies gently and yet homogeneously.

Extruding

In the extrusion process, the dry raw materials are mixed with water and kneaded into a homogeneous dough mass, which is then pressed through a die under the action of heat – creating the desired product in the desired shape.

Since 1990, we have been experts in the field of extrusion technology. We use our years of experience and expertise to manufacture your desired product for you. Thanks to various extrusion lines, there are hardly any limits to your possibilities. Whether cereals, texturates or even semimoist products – we will implement your individual request.

Refining

To give your product the desired flavor, we use a special spray coating process. In this process, your extrudate is exposed to a fine flavored water- or oil-based spray and thus refined with fruit juice concentrates, sweet as well as savory powders, or mixtures of spices.

Coating your product, e.g. in a delicious chocolate coating, is also possible. Contact us – there are almost no limits to your wishes.

Packaging

For optimal handling during further processing, all our products are shipped to you either in big bags or bulk cartons.
If you manufacture a product for your own brand together with us, we will also be happy to help you choose a packaging service provider for your final packaging.

Logistics

Our competent logistic staff loads your products safely and transportable on the pallet into trucks or containers. On request, we will of course also support you in the shipment of your products by external transport companies.
