Terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
All persons who are at least 18 years old and have a residence in Germany are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is not dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of services from Erbacher Food Intelligence GmbH & Co.KG. Employees, consultants and their family members of Erbacher Food Intelligence GmbH & Co.KG, Im Steiner 2/4, 63924 Kleinheubach are excluded from participation. We, Erbacher Food Intelligence GmbH & Co.KG ("EFI"), reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the course of the game. This applies in particular in the event of a culpable breach of the rules of participation. We also reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons.
2. Course of the game

EFI reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons and to change the conditions of participation. In order to participate in the competition, an eligible participant must follow the LinkedIn page of "Erbacher Food Intelligence" and comment on the post dated 24.10.2023 promoting the competition on LinkedIn with the answer to the question "With whom would you like to redeem your free tickets?".
Comments must be shared by 03.11.2023 (closing date) at the latest.
2.3 Exclusion from the competition
Multiple simultaneous participation of a person or organisation in the competition using pseudonyms or via third parties or any other use of unauthorised aids to manipulate the competition pages or the proper course of the game or participation via competition services will result in the exclusion of the participant. In such a case, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. The creation of texts/comments that are insulting, glorify violence, are pornographic or that violate applicable law is not permitted. There is no right to publication of the comments. We reserve the right to delete comments/texts at any time.
2.4 Distribution of profits
There is no legal claim to the prize. Legal recourse is excluded for the implementation of the competition, the decision on the prize and also the claiming of the prize. One winner will be drawn from all participants and notified via LinkedIn. The winner will receive two tickets to Fi Europe 2023 free of charge. If the winner does not get in touch with his or her complete postal address within four weeks after sending the notification via LinkedIn, the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned. Complaints relating to the conduct of the prize draw must be made in writing to Erbacher Food Intelligence GmbH & Co.KG, Im Steiner 2/4, 63924 Kleinheubach, within 14 days of the reason becoming known, stating the prize draw. Complaints made by telephone or late complaints will not be processed.
3. Data protection notice
EFI will store and use your data solely for the purpose of administering the competition, notifying you of the grand prize and sending you the following: LinkedIn username, first and last name, full address, email address. The data will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
With regard to the use of their data, participants have the right to information, correction or deletion, as well as the right of revocation. In the event of revocation, the participation of the person concerned in the competition will end. Furthermore, the data protection provisions of LinkedIn apply.
4. Liability
EFI shall only be liable for damage caused by EFI or one of its appointed agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the negligent breach of obligations which are essential for the achievement of the purpose of the contract.
