European markets, we observed a clear trend towards innovative solutions,

development highlights the huge growth potential and exciting dynamics that the
market holds for the near future.

Our protein
crispies for bars
and innovative TVP solutions
sparked strong interest among trade visitors – especially due to their
versatility across a wide
range of applications. The combination of technological expertise and
custom product development clearly resonated with many industry professionals
in the region.
Global Impulses & New Perspectives
Beyond the
Eastern European focus, a conversation with an exhibitor from the African
market also opened new perspectives: The idea of industrially producing millet
balls – a local staple – highlights how essential flexible
development and extrusion capabilities are, even outside traditional
markets.
Conclusion: A Niche with Room to Grow
The Free From Expo in Vienna demonstrated one
thing clearly: Global demand for “free from” products is on the rise – even in
